Join our Complaints Taskforce

We use complaints as an opportunity to learn and improve – that’s when residents tell us they are dissatisfied with our response to a request for service or the way we have done, or not done, something. Our Managing Agents use this feedback to review how they do things, so it’s important you let them know when they’ve let you down or when they’ve done well.

On the button below, EHA are inviting you to take part in a survey to let them know your thoughts on complaints. This includes Mitre tenants.

Over the last 6 months, EHA has made some changes to how they manage their formal complaints process. They’d like to work with tenants to work out what they’ve done right, and see if there are other improvements needed.

To make sure any changes make a positive impact for all, EHA are forming a temporary representative ‘Taskforce’ of tenants to have their say. First, they Taskforce will review the results of this survey to identify potential themes and areas for improvement. They’ll then do more work where the Taskforce say they need to.

The review will be led by tenants, based on what comes from the survey – so a detailed plan can’t be shared now – as it will be shaped by those involved… but EHA will work with you in a way that suits you – from telephone call to office interviews, group meetings (in person/ online) or via email.

EHA is aiming for the report of findings and recommendations to be presented to Mitre’s Board who oversees all of EHA’s work as Managing Agents) in December. The review will take place over September and October, until the recommendations have been agreed… So, over the next 6 weeks, taking no more than 3-4 hours overall.

All those selected to join the Taskforce and complete all the required areas of feedback, will be awarded a £50 High-street voucher. If you’re interested and would like to share your views, please complete the survey below:
